Published figures for the UIPRC. Detailed engineering drawings, electrical schedules and site-prep requirements are issued with the quote.

EXPANDED SPEC TABLE

Weight, thermal load, ingress rating, fabric topology and rail dimensions will land here once engineering signs off the published sheet.

CAPACITY
40 phones per batch
AUTOMATION
Zero-touch auto provision + reset
COMPATIBILITY
5+ phone brands supported
POWER
PoE rack-powered
CUSTODY MODEL
Group A — Apex-generated record
HOW IT WORKS

Zero-touch, forty at a time.

01
Rack the phones

Forty handsets connect to PoE — no per-brand configuration up front.

02
Auto-identify

Each phone is recognized by MAC address, with brand and model detected.

03
Factory flash

Provision and reset run without operator touch across the batch.

04
Verify

Every handset is confirmed reset before the lot closes.

05
Lot record

Apex software issues a batch lot record with a per-device entry keyed to MAC address.

THE RECORD

Apex generates the record.

On the UIPRC, the certificate and custody log are produced by Apex software. That makes the record Apex’s product and Apex’s liability, held to the Apex Chain-of-Custody Specification.

WHAT THE RECORD CARRIES
Batch lot record + per-device entry
Primary identifier: MAC address (+ brand/model) — read from the device, never operator-typed
Custody events: intake, process start, process end, verification, disposition
Method, tool and version, result (PASS · FAIL · QUARANTINED) and the accountable operator
WHAT THE RECORD CARRIES
Every asset identified at intake by serial and recorded through to a documented disposition
Method, tool and version, operator, result and timestamp on every record
Written to your own NAS in a structured, exportable format
Built to satisfy the documentation NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 expects
Every Apex-generated record is held to the same specification across the Group A machines. See the full custody model
