THE TECHNOLOGY

One pass. Every bay. At once.

Conventional wipe tools march through drives one small batch at a time. Apex's parallel architecture drives a single sanitization pass across the entire rack in parallel — the difference between an afternoon and a week.

HOW IT WORKS
THE CORE IDEA

Serial is slow. Parallel is Apex.

Conventional tool
SERIAL
Drives clear a handful at a time. Capacity tops out near 120 and the rest wait in line.
Apex parallel pass
PARALLEL
Every bay is swept in the same pass. Up to 960 drives finish together — one cycle, not dozens.
THE WORKFLOW

Load. Sanitize. Verify.

01

Load by the rack

Slot drives, servers, or devices into keyed carriers and roll the rack in. No per-unit cabling, no babysitting. Every asset is scanned and mapped to a bay so the manifest builds itself as you load.

02

Sanitize in parallel

A single sanitization pass runs across every bay at once, to recognized data-sanitization methods. Each drive is power- and command-controlled independently, so a stubborn unit never stalls the batch.

03

Verify & certify

Every unit is verified and issued a certificate of erasure — generated by Apex on our mobile, VoIP, server, GPU-test and firmware stations, and by your licensed wipe suite on the drive and endpoint carts — a per-asset record tied to a per-device identifier, ready for your audit trail.

PROOF, NOT PROMISES

Every asset leaves with a record.

A wipe you can't prove is a liability. Every asset leaves documented — a per-device certificate and a custody record, issued by Apex on our mobile, VoIP, server, GPU-test and firmware stations, and by your own licensed wipe suite on the drive and endpoint carts. Either way it's the documentation your clients, regulators and insurers expect.

SECURITY BY DESIGN

Chain of custody, built into the hardware.

Air-gap ready
Run fully offline. No asset data ever needs to leave your facility.
Per-device custody record
Every unit carries its own record from check-in to check-out, matched against your manifest — nothing walks off unlogged.
Per-cycle logging
A record for every asset in the cycle, written in a structured, exportable format to your own NAS.
Built in the USA
Designed and manufactured domestically for sensitive-data environments.

BY DESIGN

Two decisions that shape every machine.

Diskless by design

There is no OS and no storage on the cart, so no customer data is ever at rest on our hardware. Sanitization runs locally and drive contents never leave the machine

Failure has a destination

Media that fails sanitization doesn't go back in the bin to be sorted out later. It goes into a lockable on-cart quarantine bin and is logged to the destruction path, so a failed drive is an accounted-for exception rather than a gap in your paperwork.
